COMMON CARE

After most treatments
Please follow these for every treatment

The six points below apply regardless of the type of treatment, and following them during your recovery period will help.

01

Avoid heat and strenuous activity

For about 1 week after treatment, please avoid activities that can irritate the skin, such as saunas, jjimjilbang, hot baths, swimming, strenuous exercise, facial massage, and strong pressure.

02

Sun protection

When going outside, be sure to apply sunscreen and avoid strong UV exposure. This is important for preventing pigmentation and supporting recovery.

03

Washing and makeup

For most treatments you may cleanse gently on the day of the procedure and return to normal cleansing from the next day. Some treatments, however, do not allow cleansing on the same day, so please also check the guidance for each specific treatment.

04

Alcohol and smoking

Please avoid alcohol and smoking for about 1 week after the procedure. They can trigger an inflammatory reaction or slow recovery.

05

Temporary reactions

Redness, swelling, a feeling of heat, bruising, and a slightly bumpy texture may appear temporarily, and in most cases these ease naturally over time.

06

Contact the clinic if unusual symptoms occur

If pain, redness, heat, swelling, blisters, pustules, or oozing persists or worsens, please contact the clinic.

ONDA Lifting
  • Please avoid additional heat exposure after the treatment as much as you can.
  • Makeup, washing your face and so on are all possible exactly as usual, even right after the treatment.
  • Swelling may occur depending on the amount of fat and your individual lymphatic circulation. It usually settles within 1 week, but if you would like a faster recovery, please contact the clinic.
V-RO laser
  • Rather than an immediate change right after the treatment, the lifting change appears gradually over 1–2 months, along with the regeneration of collagen and elastin.
  • We recommend an interval of 6 months to 1 year before the next treatment.
Volnewmer laser
  • Please wash your face with lukewarm water; a feeling of heat can last for about a week after the treatment.
  • On average, a repeat treatment is recommended once every 6 months to 1 year.
Thread Lift
  • You may feel tightness or stiffness for 1–3 weeks after the treatment.
  • During the same period, please avoid opening your mouth wide or pressing hard on the treated area.
  • We recommend an interval of 1–2 years before the next treatment.
  • If severe swelling, heat, or pain develops in the treated area, please contact the clinic.
Ultra V
  • Because of the nature of this treatment, bruising can be more noticeable than with others, but it usually clears within 2–4 weeks.
  • If a thread has been pushed out by muscle movement, it may need to be removed, so please contact the clinic.
Filler · Hilo Wave · Gouri
  • For treatments performed with a cannula, keep the tape we applied on for 24 hours before removing it.
  • Do not press or rub the treated area with too much pressure.
  • Until the bruising and swelling have settled, please avoid anything that could irritate the treated area, such as sunbathing, tanning beds, strong heat, or exposure to severe cold.
  • If pain, redness or warmth after the treatment persists or gradually worsens, please contact the clinic.
Air Shine
  • Swelling for 48–72 hours is a natural response to the air used for the separation.
  • To help with swelling, for about two days it helps to massage gently, sweeping outward from the center of the face.
  • Because air separation and drug delivery happen at the same time, the skin may feel numb or stinging for a short period after the treatment.
Exosome & blood activation treatment
  • Bruise-like marks may appear after the procedure.
  • This is a response inherent to the treatment, in which blood components leave many bruise-like marks behind.
  • Most marks disappear within 3~4 weeks.
Botox
  • With jaw (masseter) Botox, the jaw muscle softens over the 1–2 weeks after treatment, so you may feel less power when chewing tough food, or a stiffness similar to muscle ache.
  • The final change in the facial line usually appears after about 1 month, though it can differ depending on your natural muscle volume and everyday habits.
  • For Botox around the eyes, on the forehead and between the brows, changes may become visible from about 1 week after the treatment.
  • For Botox around the eyes, forehead, and glabella, we recommend intervals of 3–4 months.
  • A heavy feeling after forehead Botox is a common symptom, and it takes about 1–2 weeks to get used to. Depending on muscle distribution, only the outer brows may lift; this is easily corrected, so please contact the clinic.
Salmon DNA injection · Rejuran
  • The treated area may look uneven right after the injection, but this usually settles within 1–3 days.
  • Light cleansing is fine after the treatment, but heavy makeup and strong rubbing are not recommended.
  • We recommend the next treatment after 3 months.
Harmony Laser
  • 2–3 days after the treatment, the pigmented area may turn into what looks like a dark scab.
  • It usually comes off naturally within a week, so don't force it off.
  • Additional treatment may be needed depending on the type and amount of pigment.
Toning · Dual Toning · Pico Toning
  • If you have acne, the laser stimulus may temporarily worsen it or bring up redness.
  • We generally recommend 10 or more sessions at 1–2 week intervals, and even once the pigment has faded enough, maintenance about once a month is recommended.
  • If your skin feels dry after the treatment, we recommend adding a regenerating cream to the skincare products you already use, or combining it with a hydration program.
Nevus of Ota laser
  • This is a high-energy treatment, so redness in the treated area may last a little longer than with other lasers, but it usually fades within 1–2 weeks.
  • Always take care with sun protection.
Pico 532 lentigo removal
  • Please keep the tape we applied in place for 2 weeks.
  • If the tape comes off, please reapply it.
  • Sun protection is essential even after the tape is removed 2 weeks later.
  • Pigment that Pico 532 does not clear fully may be dermal pigment, in which case follow-up with toning treatment may be needed.
Mole removal
  • This varies with size, but about a week after the treatment the scab comes away and reddish new skin begins to appear.
  • From this point on, apply sunscreen well to help prevent pigmentation.
  • If a second treatment is needed, we usually recommend it after 6 weeks.
Regenerative tape areas
  • You can wash your face over the tape.
  • When the tape turns white with fluid, remove it, carefully wipe away the adhesive residue, and apply a fresh piece of tape.
  • If you really need to wear makeup, apply it over the recovery tape, then replace it with fresh tape after washing your face.
  • If the taped area becomes very itchy or red, remove the tape and care for it with ointment.
Ointment application areas
  • You can wash your face freely, but please avoid excessive rubbing.
  • Apply Fucidin 2–3 times a day so the treated area does not dry out too much.
  • After cleansing, gently pat the area dry and then apply the ointment.
  • Keep the ointment on until a scab forms, and do not pick the scab off with your hands.
Silkpeum laser
  • There may be some redness for a full 48 hours right after the treatment.
  • Depending on the treatment area and individual response, we recommend the next session 2–4 weeks later.
  • With a total of 5 or more sessions, you can expect a greater change.
Pico Fractional
  • You can cleanse and wear makeup freely right after the treatment.
  • Depending on your skin, there may be only mild flushing, or red patches may appear over a wider area, but in most cases this is a normal reaction that fades within 1 week.
  • We recommend the next session 1 month later, for a total of at least 3 sessions.
Pinhole
  • Avoid washing your face on the day of the treatment; normal cleansing is possible after 24 hours.
  • After cleansing, apply a soothing cream well, morning and evening, for about 3 days.
  • Please hold off on swimming, intense cardio, and hot yoga, and take particular care with UV exposure when you are outdoors.
  • We recommend the next session in 4–6 weeks, for a total of 3 or more sessions.
Laser hair removal
  • Hair removal results do not appear immediately after the treatment; the hair falls out over 1–2 weeks.
  • Scratching or excessively touching the treated area can increase the risk of folliculitis.
  • If blisters, scabs or pustules appear, please come in right away.
  • Before the treatment, please do not pluck or wax the hair; shaving 1–2 days beforehand is recommended.
  • The next session is carried out 4–6 weeks later, and on average at least 4 sessions are needed.
