I booked with Dr. Kim Ji-hye and went in, and the consultation and treatment started right away with no waiting. She could tell I was very worried about pain, so she talked me through everything carefully. The other staff were so kind too, and the doctor kept encouraging me throughout the procedure, so I feel like I had a really comfortable time.
