01 Avoid heat and strenuous activity For about 1 week after treatment, please avoid activities that can irritate the skin, such as saunas, jjimjilbang, hot baths, swimming, strenuous exercise, facial massage, and strong pressure. See details 02 Sun protection When going outside, be sure to apply sunscreen and avoid strong UV exposure. This is important for preventing pigmentation and supporting recovery.
