POST CARE GUIDE
Aftercare Guidelines
Aftercare is an important part of the recovery process. The points below apply to most procedures; for precautions specific to individual procedures, including laser hair removal, please see the pages below.
01 Avoid heat stimulation and strenuous activity
For about 1 week after treatment, please avoid activities that can irritate the skin, such as saunas, jjimjilbang, hot baths, swimming, strenuous exercise, facial massage, and strong pressure.
02 UV protection
When going outside, be sure to apply sunscreen and avoid strong UV exposure. This is important for preventing pigmentation and supporting recovery.
03 Washing and makeup
For most treatments you may cleanse gently on the day of the procedure and return to normal cleansing from the next day. Some treatments, however, do not allow cleansing on the same day, so please also check the guidance for each specific treatment.
04 Drinking and smoking
Please avoid alcohol and smoking for about 1 week after the procedure. They can trigger an inflammatory reaction or slow recovery.
05 Temporary reactions
Redness, swelling, a feeling of heat, bruising, and a slightly bumpy texture may appear temporarily, and in most cases these ease naturally over time.
06 Contact the clinic if unusual symptoms occur
If pain, redness, heat, swelling, blisters, pustules, or oozing persists or worsens, please contact the clinic.
